 One of Causey Property Management's biggest strengths is the real estate expertise of Colleen Causey, who is President and Property Manager.  Colleen has a real estate license with the state of Florida.  She is an active real estate salesperson with Keller Williams Tampa Properties located at 3450 Buschwood Park Drive, Suite 345, Tampa, FL 33618.   She has been required to take intensive training and testing on real estate law.  She is also required to keep up to date on any legal and industry changes.  This is key when selecting a property management company because it limits your liabilty.
